A brand system,
not just a logo.

Wordmark, type, colour, voice — and the rules that hold them together everywhere you show up. For brands ready to grow up and look the same on a billboard as on a business card.

// what you get

Nine pieces,
one system.

A brand identity system is more than a mark — it's every decision pre‑made so your team can build on‑brand without asking us. Here's what ships.

Logo & lockups

Primary mark, secondary and responsive variants, clear‑space and minimum sizes, every lockup you'll need.

Typography system

Display and text type, a full scale, and the rules for using them across print and screen.

Colour system

Primary, secondary and functional colours with accessible contrast pairings baked in.

Layout & grid

Spacing, grids and composition principles so every layout feels like the same brand.

Voice & tone

How the brand sounds — principles, do's and don'ts, and real before/after examples.

Art direction

Photography and illustration direction so visuals stay on‑brand even from new sources.

Iconography & assets

A consistent icon style and the supporting graphic elements that make the system feel built.

Templates

Ready‑to‑use templates — social, slides, docs, email — so the team ships on‑brand from day one.

Brand guidelines

One living document that makes every rule above usable by anyone, in‑house or out.

// process

Four to six weeks. Strategy first.

A good identity is built on a clear strategy, not a mood board. We start with what the brand is for, then design the system that expresses it — and document it so it holds.

Strategy Week 1

Define before you design.

Positioning, audience, personality and the competitive landscape. We align on what the brand needs to say before a single pixel moves.

PositioningAudienceBrand personality
Direction Week 2

Find the territory.

Two or three distinct visual and verbal directions, presented as real applications — not abstract boards. You pick the one that fits.

Concept routesReal applicationsOne direction chosen
Design Week 3 — 4

Build the system.

The chosen direction developed into a full system: logo, type, colour, layout, voice, assets — refined across real touchpoints.

Document Week 5 — 6

Make it hold.

Guidelines, templates and an asset handover packaged so the brand stays consistent long after we're gone.

Fixed price.

Three depths of system, each a fixed‑price project with a one‑page scope. The number you sign is the number you pay — brand work shouldn't come with a surprise invoice.

// faq

The questions
we get most.

If yours isn't here, drop a line — most replies land within a working day.

// Q.01
What's the difference between this and "brand creation"?
Brand creation is for brand‑new ventures — naming through to a launch‑ready identity from a blank page. Brand identity systems is for brands that already exist and are ready to grow up: a deeper, more documented system built to scale. If you're starting from zero, ask about brand creation instead.
// Q.02
Do I own everything at the end?
Completely. Source files, fonts (licensed to you), assets and guidelines are all yours. No ongoing licensing, no holding your logo hostage. We hand over clean and walk away.
// Q.03
Can you apply the brand to our website too?
Yes — that's a natural next step, and often the best test of a system. Add a website design & build engagement and we'll bring the new identity to life as the first real application.
// Q.04
How many concepts do we see?
Two or three distinct directions at the Direction stage, shown as real applications rather than abstract boards. You choose one, and we develop it fully — we don't design a dozen logos and let you mix and match.
// Q.05
What if we already have a logo we like?
Then we build the system around it. Plenty of brands have a mark that works but no system holding the rest together — type, colour, voice, templates. We can scope an identity system that keeps what's working.
// Q.06
Will the guidelines actually get used?
That's the whole point of a system over a logo. We document for the people who'll use it — with real examples, templates and, on the Enterprise tier, a training session — so the brand holds without us in the room.

Brand outgrowing
its logo?

Tell us where the brand is today and where it needs to go. We'll come back inside a working day with how we'd approach the system and a fixed price.
